I knew when I looked at the calender things were not going to be pretty. I hope everyone had a nice weekend, but between Mother's Day and going to see movies, my time is being eaten up. My nephew wanted to see Speed Racer. Unless you are a fan, you won't like it. Unfornately most people aren't fans.

Anyway, I still have to see Ironman, but I got a communion party next weekend too. And 3 graduation parties coming up also. And then ther is Prince Caspian and Indiana Jones. And I'm supposed to draw and write my story for the blog. How am I supposed to get anything done?

I think we're all too busy to find time to work on the blog right now. I hope I get something done for next Sunday.

Eye eye eye!

My poor eyes! If it's not one thing, its another. My right eye got so irritated for no good reason, I missed two
days of work. I think its bad allergies that started the entire thing. Now I'm so behind on my work and my project
for the blog. And Zylet drops are not cheap, even with coverage.

I did manage to read my old fanfic Changing of the Guardian. I have to tweak it, and put it up here. I forgot all
about one character I created named PhAIge. And here I was trying to cme up with a new villian for upcoming
stories. It looks like I'll have to get PhAIge out of that Gmae Cube.

Second opinion

Well I got some good news.

I am actually border line on needing biofocals.

Eye strain can also be caused by allergies combined with staring straight at a computer monitor all day.
I have been ordered to use eye drops, and lower my computer screen.

WHEW!

And I am putting up the remaining art from the project. You wll notice watermarks now as well as giving props to all involved parties. Hope you like the new stuff.

BIFOCALS?!?

I am in a good mood in spite of the nasty news I'm getting reguarding my last vision test.

I have been told I have presbyopia. [link]
Lots of people get it after they turn 40. I can't tell you how tired and strained my eyes are right now.
I am going for a second opinion tonight but it looks like I'll be using those dreaded biofocals (hopefully
progressive ones). It will also mean having glasses for the computer when I wear contact lenses.

Anyway, I got premission to put up whatever other sketches I did for the comic project for Z2H but
I have to watermark them. I never watermarked what I did before hand so if anyone has those pieces faved,
I'll be updating them too.

Also DOCTOR WHO season 4 got off to such a great start. Partners in Crime was hilarious! Adipose are
so cute and freaky at the same time.

I got in contact with Jeff yesterday. We met at Times Square and went to a Starbucks to talk.
We mostly shot the breeze about the comic. They still won't tell him when it's coming out.
We also talked about the pitch process, what was working, what didin't, and why the others
didn't win.

I can't tell you much more then that (sworn secrecy), but I hope everything Jeff wants to do comes to pass.
